Sale of a one-room-style men's esthetic salon located in a downtown area of Kawasaki City (2 locations), close to Tokyo. The salons consist of one room in each area, for a total of two rooms. Having now reached our funding goal in the men's esthetic business, we have decided to expand a separate business of ours, and are offering this business for transfer in order to consolidate our current operations.
