Resale stores of the hugely popular Costco. We operate 2 stores in Aichi Prefecture, which appeared on TV and were featured in magazines in their first year. As the management team is launching a new business overseas, we are seeking an early sale. There were several competitors near our stores, but after we opened, we successfully captured the market and the other stores withdrew, so there is now no competition.
