Operation of a Cryptocurrency Listed on a Major DEX — Business Succession / M&A Opportunity

This is a transfer of a cryptocurrency operating business. We issue and manage a cryptocurrency that is listed on a major DEX, so it can be traded. We launched this cryptocurrency operating business, but as another business has become demanding, it has become difficult to continue running it, and we have decided to sell. --- - Cryptocurrency Overview Total issuance: 1 billion tokens Holdings: approx. 260 million tokens (200 million are locked for one year, so they can be sold from around the latter half of next year) Network: Binance Smart Chain Exchange: PancakeSwap (the largest DEX on Binance Smart Chain) --- As it is a cryptocurrency listed on a major DEX, its value can be greatly increased by carrying out PR, community building, and the like. Regarding sales and profit, profit can be generated by selling the held cryptocurrency, but since none has been sold to date, there is currently no revenue. Going forward, it is possible to generate profit by raising the value of the cryptocurrency and then selling it. We have also received a listing inquiry from an overseas centralized exchange (CEX), which can likewise be taken over. Listing on a CEX makes it easier to further increase the cryptocurrency's value.

仮想通貨の運営権 オーナー保有分の仮想通貨 (約26%)

今回、仮想通貨の運営事業の譲渡になります。 仮想通貨の発行及び管理などを行っており、主要のDEXに上場している仮想通貨になるので売買すること可能になっています。 仮想通貨の運営事業を立ち上げたのですが別事業が忙しくなってしまい運営を続けることが難しくなり売却することにしました。 --- ・仮想通貨概要 発行総数 : 10億枚 保有数 : 約2.6億枚 (2億枚は1年間ロック済みなので来年下旬ごろから売却可能) ネットワーク : Binance Smart Chain 取引所 : PancakeSwap (Binance Smart ChainのDEXで最も大きい取引所です) --- 主要なDEXに上場している仮想通貨になるので、PRやコミュニティ構築などを実施していくことで大きく価値を高めることが出来ます。 売上利益に関しては保有してる仮想通貨を売却することで利益を出すことが出来るのですが現状一切売却をしていないので収益なしになります。 今後、仮想通貨の価値を上げていき売却することで利益を出して行くことが可能です。 また海外の仮想通貨取引所(CEX)から上場の打診をいただいているので、そちらも引き継ぐこと可能です。CEXへ上場することで仮想通貨の価値をより高めやすくなってきます。
