[FC Franchisee] Profitable! Opened Last Year. After-School Day Service — Business Succession / M&A Listing

This is an after-school day service for children with developmental disabilities, so revenue is funded by municipal public money, enabling stable operation. As a franchisee of a major FC chain, support from the FC headquarters is available, allowing operation even without prior experience. We received numerous inquiries even before opening, and sales have grown steadily: utilization rate of just under 40% in the first month, 50% in the second month, 70% in the third month, and 90% in the fifth month. From the seventh month onward, utilization has hovered at just under 100%, making the operation profitable. We believe the location and demand are beyond reproach. ・Initial cost: approx. ¥13 million There is a ceiling on sales, but a net profit of around ¥1 million/month can be expected.
