特定を避けるため、ピンポイントなサービス概要は控えさせて頂きますが、大手企業様にもご利用を頂いているSaaS型のサービス運営事業の事業譲渡を検討しております。 現状は主だった集客活動を行わなくとも一部の解約を除き安定したサブスクモデルの収益を確保できており、M&Aを通じ開発やサポートの体制を強化することで更なる拡販を見込むことが可能です。
