[Business Overview] We engage in the planning, production, and sales of audiobooks. An audiobook is audio content created by recording a narrated reading of a book. We have already brought more than 100 titles, totaling roughly 150 hours of recorded content, to market. Many of our products have earned high ratings on various e-commerce sites, and several have ranked within the overall top 100 on Amazon. Many of the products we sell are based on themes that do not easily become outdated, and sales have remained stable since launch. [Strengths of Our Business] (1) Almost no fixed costs. We already have roughly 100 audiobook titles on sale. Once an audiobook goes on sale on a sales platform, it is the kind of product that keeps selling without any further effort, so fixed costs are minimal. We currently run no advertising, yet sales continue to rise steadily. As long as you do not expand the product lineup, the only work required is administrative processing for a few hours each, about five days a year (issuing invoices, etc.). (2) High return on investment The typical payback period for an audiobook is thought to be around five years. Because we produce and sell using the digital-content sales know-how on e-commerce sites that we have cultivated since 2014, many of the products we sell have a payback period of less than one year. (3) Numerous titles on themes that sell steadily The themes we produce and sell are all ones that do not easily become outdated, so we expect sales to remain stable going forward. (4) A rewarding business There are many narrators who possess excellent reading skills yet have not had the chance to shine. We currently hire such people as narrators, which not only gives them the opportunity to put their excellent skills to use, but also allows us to deliver outstanding narration to a wide audience at a fair price. I consider the audiobook business to be a very rewarding one.

会社を譲渡いたします。 弊社はオーディオブック事業以外も行っておりますが、オーディオブック事業のみ会社に残し、譲渡させていただきます。 オーディオブック事業以外の事業は、代表への属人的な事業であるからです。 【譲渡対象資産詳細】 ○オーディオブックを販売する権利・契約関係 事業譲渡時、月間営業利益は40万円程度を見込んでおります。 弊社商品は、陳腐化しにくいテーマであるので、営業利益は維持するものと考えております。 ○オーディオブックの販売に必要なデータ 100以上の作品音源（延べ収録時間150時間程度） 商品登録情報 カバーデザインデータ ○ノウハウ 弊社の代表は、2014年から電子コンテンツの制作・販売を行ってきました。 2017年には、電子書籍について、amazonの総合ランキングで1位を獲得したことが数度ありました。 2021年からオーディオブック制作・販売等事業を開始しましたが、開始後まもなく、amazonにおいて、オーディオブックの総合ランキングで100位以内を獲得することも度々ありました。 オーディオブックを事業として営んでいる個人・会社は多くなく、特に、高いランキングを維持している者となると数えるほどしかなく、その企画・販売に関するノウハウは出回っておりません。 代表が2014年以来、日々試行錯誤する中で培ってきた、希少なノウハウも譲渡対象といたします。 また、オーディオブック制作に係る技術的なノウハウもお伝えします。

【事業概要】 オーディオブックの企画・制作・販売等事業をおこなっています。 オーディオブックとは、書籍を朗読したものを録音した音声コンテンツのことです。 すでに100作品以上、総収録時間150時間程度の作品を市場に流通させています。 弊社商品は、各ECサイトで高評価を得ているものも多数あり、 アマゾンおいて総合ランキング100位以内に入った商品も複数あります。 弊社で販売する商品は、陳腐化しにくいテーマを題材にしたものが多く、発売以来、売上が安定しています。 【弊社事業の特長】 ①固定費がほとんどかからない。 すでに販売済みのオーディオブックが100作品程度あります。 オーディオブックは、一度販売プラットフォームで販売を開始してしまえば、何もせずに売れ続けるタイプの商品であり、固定費はほとんどかかりません。 現在、広告も出しておりませんが、安定的に売上が上がり続けています。 商品数を拡大しないのであれば、年に５日程度、数時間程度ずつ、事務処理をする必要のあるのみです。（請求書の発行など） ②高い投資収益率 オーディオブックの、一般的な投資回収期間は、5年程度であると思われます。 弊社では、2014年以来培ってきたECサイトにおけるデジタルコンテンツの販売ノウハウを生かし、制作・販売しているため、 弊社で販売する商品の中には、投資回収期間が１年未満であるものも多数あります。 ③安定的に売れ続けるテーマの作品多数 弊社で制作・販売しているテーマは、いずれも陳腐化しにくいテーマであるため、今後も売上は安定するものと考えております。 ④やりがいのある事業 優れた朗読技術を持っていながら、活躍できていない朗読者が多数います。現在、そのような方をナレーターとして採用しておりますが、そうすることで彼らが優れた技術を活かせる機会を提供できているだけでなく、優れた朗読を、適正な価格で、広い視聴者の方に届けることが出来ています。私はオーディオブック事業を、とてもやりがいのある事業だと考えています。
