A women's lifestyle brand (strongly apparel-focused) that was operated with a model who has over 100,000 Instagram followers serving as creative director. The selection centers on Korean items, and the brand's own Instagram currently has over 10,000 followers. Launched as a new venture, sales gradually increased from the start of operations, but because it is far removed from our core business, we could not secure internal resources, and we are considering a transfer from a "selection and concentration" standpoint. *It is currently closed as part of a service update. ☆ Roles During Operation Us: SNS updates, customer service, Shopify page management Partner: purchasing, direction, warehouse operations Production company: model management Because it was operated jointly by 3 companies, it was difficult to achieve corporate-level profit unless revenue reached the tens of millions of yen. However, for a company that already has warehouse functions, or if the production company runs it themselves, a 10%-20% profit can be secured even at a revenue scale of ¥3-5 million.

インスタグラムでフォロワー10万人を超えるモデルをクリエイティブディレクターに採用し、運営していた女性向けライフスタイルブランド（アパレル要素強め）です。 韓国からのセレクトが中心で、インスタグラムでのフォロワーは今現在1万人を超えております。 新規事業として立ち上げ運営当初から徐々に売上は増加していたものの、本業からは大きく離れることから社内リソースが確保できず、「選択と集中」という観点で譲渡を検討しています。 ※現在はサービスアップデートとしてクローズしております。 ☆運営時の役割分担 弊社：SNS更新、顧客対応、ショッピファイのページ管理 パートナー：仕入、ディレクション、倉庫業務 プロダクション：モデル管理 ３社間で運営していたため、数千万を達成するような金額でないと企業としての利益は達成ることは難しかったですが、既に倉庫機能を持っていたり、プロダクション企業が自ら運営すれば、300万円−500万円の売上規模でも10％−20％の利益は確保することが可能です。
