In Kagoshima, we have manufactured and sold shochu since before 1949. We manufacture at a factory with a vast site exceeding 20,000 square meters and natural groundwater. Using the groundwater of Kirishima—excellent water—we produce shochu under a patented method. By introducing a mash tun (malt saccharification vessel) and a pot still to this distillery, we will manufacture and sell craft whisky.
