[Highly Profitable, Growing] Business Succession / M&A of an AI x Social Media Online School Company

We operate an AI x social media school with course prices ranging from ¥600,000 to ¥2 million. Our main customer acquisition is conducted through social media accounts with a sizable follower base. The sales flow for the school is as follows: Post on social media -> Free LINE registration -> A roughly 10-minute video plays -> Application for a one-on-one consultation -> Sale of the AI x social media school priced at ¥600,000 to ¥2 million. At present, we have built an efficient operating structure by leveraging external resources beyond social media posting and by introducing supporting systems. Separately from the above, we also sell one-time-purchase courses priced at ¥14,900 to ¥29,800, which generate sales of about ¥10 million. The school opened in October of last year. Through our social media posting activities, we have 1,500 to 2,000 free LINE registrants, 60 to 80 one-on-one consultation applications per month, and a closing rate of about 30%. In addition, we currently pay 35% to a sales outsourcing agency, so further profitability is possible if sales are handled in-house. Furthermore, by expanding the customer acquisition channels through the operation of multiple social media accounts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, advertising, and more, the business has the potential to scale dramatically from its current size. In this deal, the social media account with 10,000 followers, the LINE subscriber base of several thousand people, the school content, and the LINE and video assets used to guide prospects to one-on-one consultations are all included in the transfer.
