Nationwide Nursing-Care Facility & Service Comparison Portal — Business Succession / M&A Listing

This is a review-and-comparison site that lets users easily search and compare nursing-care facilities and services. It was built as an advertising site for affiliate and similar revenue models. After the site was built it was left unattended, but since real costs went into it, I would like to transfer it to someone who can operate it and put it to good use. Note: Because I no longer had the time to run it, I once let the domain lapse; this is a site I re-uploaded for the purpose of selling it. Please understand this in advance. Since it was left idle, no access analytics have been installed or measured, but the site structure is search-engine-conscious, so I believe page views will grow as you update articles and content. The revenue model is mainly in-site advertising income, so some kind of sales/promotional activity will likely be required.
