Within Tokyo's 23 wards, we operate a franchise "frozen gyoza specialty store" and "frozen meat specialty store" in a single-property, two-store format. We have now decided to relocate the office of a separate business (a reuse business) that was based in the backyard, due to its expansion, so we are looking for someone to take over the operation of this unmanned retail business. We would be glad to transfer it to a motivated person who can draw out the full potential of the business. Business Potential and Areas for Improvement [Most Important: Proven High-Profit Events as a Catalyst] We have an overwhelming track record of holding special sales events three times in the past, each achieving over ¥1 million in sales in a single day and approximately ¥500,000 in one-off profit. To preserve the rarity of these events, we are not currently holding them, but the buyer can leverage this proven high-profit model after acquisition. By holding seasonal events, a significant boost to annual profit can be expected. [Multi-Function Backyard Usable for Other Businesses] The backyard shared by the two stores is fully equipped with office space, a restroom, and a washbasin. It is currently used as the office for our reuse business, and its convenience is proven. After acquisition, it can similarly be used as a base for a separate business. [Established Business Core and a Path to Profitability] Even during normal periods without events, the gyoza store secures stable profit (excluding fixed costs such as rent), and the pillar of the business is solid. The reason the business as a whole is currently in the red is that we have focused on a separate business and have been unable to allocate resources to promoting the unmanned retail stores. We believe that simply strengthening basic promotion such as social media posting, flyer distribution to nearby areas, and set sales is more than enough to make day-to-day operations profitable.
