This is a restaurant we opened with a fully new interior built from a bare skeleton, at a time when restaurants were closing one after another amid the COVID pandemic. コロナ禍で飲食店が軒並み閉店する中で、スケルトンから新規内装を作ってオープンしたお店です。希少な好立地が確保出来たのもコロナ禍だからこそでした。 コロナ禍でのオープンは厳しかったですが、その後業績は右肩上がりで日々売り上げも伸びていて、今後はインバウンドの影響もありさらに伸びると見込まれます。 現状、客単価は8000円前後程で、客席は場所の割にはゆったりと作っていて総客席数は60席くらい。
