Using 300 websites built at a cost of over ¥50 million, the business mainly operates a "web media operation" earning advertising revenue and an "SEO services business" earning income from regular clients. Of the advertising revenue, click-based AdSense earned over ¥20 million per year at its peak (FY2017), but since it has been left largely untouched for about the past five years, current income, including affiliate revenue, is only about ¥1.37 million per year. Most of that (¥1.17 million) is AdSense, but the AdSense tags have been left in place for nearly 10 years without acting on Google's income-improvement suggestions or other measures, so simply addressing those would reliably increase income. Affiliate ad income is only about ¥100,000 per year, but this appears to be because the sites were left untouched for nearly 10 years, resulting in many expired ad contracts. Re-placing those ads, or newly placing theme-relevant affiliate ads on high-PV article pages, would reliably increase income. Income from the SEO services business comes from people who inquired after seeing the homepage and became regular clients. There are currently 10 clients, most of whom are on six-month contracts for backlink placement, paying six months in advance. Only one client has a contract where the monthly amount varies according to keyword ranking; this is performance-based, billed in arrears with a varying monthly amount.

5000万円以上かけて構築した300のWEBサイトを利用して、広告収入を得られる「WEBメディア運営」と、固定のお客様から収入を得る「SEO対策事業」をメインに行っています。 広告収入のうちクリック報酬型のアドセンスは最大で年間2,000万円以上(2017年度)ありましたが、5年ほど前からはほぼ放置状態だったため、現在ではアフィリエイト収入も合わせて年間137万円ほどしかありません。 そのうちの大半（117万円）がアドセンスですが、アドセンスタグも10年近く付けっぱなしでグーグルからの収入アップ提案などの施策にも手を付けていませんので、それに対応するだけでも確実に収入がアップします。 アフィリエイト広告の収入は年間10万円程度しかありませんが、これは10年近くサイトを放置していたため、契約が切れている広告が多数あるのが原因だと思われます。その広告を再設置したり、ＰＶ数の多い記事ページにテーマに沿ったアフィリエイト広告を新規に設置すれば確実に収入はアップします。 SEO対策事業からの収入は、ホームページを見て問い合わせて来た方が固定客に繋がっており、現在は10社の顧客がありますが、そのうちの大半が被リンク設置をしている半年契約の顧客で、半年分を前金でもらっています。1社のみキーワードの順位によって毎月の金額が変わる契約をしており、こちらは出来高制のため、後払いで毎月の請求額が変わります。
