- Many of our client companies are finding it increasingly difficult to select freight carriers that provide stable service, and since our closure could disrupt our clients' operations, we ask that the acquiring company maintain these client relationships after the handover. - We hope for the business to be succeeded by a suitable third party who understands our philosophy and operating methods, taking over as much as possible the know-how we have cultivated, our long-standing client relationships, and our current employees, on matching terms. - We would like to limit this to operators who will continue the refrigerated and frozen freight business in Osaka.

・取引先企業の多くは安定的なサービスを提供する貨物運送業者の選定が難しくなってきており、仮に当社が廃業してしまうと取引先の事業に支障をきたす懸念があることから、承継企業には引継ぎ後の取引先維持をお願いしたい。 ・これまで培ってきたノウハウや今までの付き合いのある取引先および現在在籍している従業員をできる限りそのまま継承する形で、当社の理念や運営方法を理解してくれる、条件の合致する第三者による事業の継承を希望。 ・冷凍冷蔵事業を大阪で継続してくれる事業者に限定させていただきたい。
