We have established a unique position in the rapidly growing AI writing market and achieved high profit margins. Since launching the business in November: - November: Revenue ¥949,000 (gross margin 96.3%) - December: Revenue ¥1.32 million (gross margin 93.3%) These results were achieved by me alone. ■ Business Overview In response to writing requests primarily from individuals, we produce content using generative AI (with some manual work) and deliver the finished product. ■ Business Strengths - Generative AI enables short turnaround times - Customer acquisition is limited to methods that are hard for competitors to detect - Low cost per acquisition, achieving high profit margins ■ Other While it is difficult to have generative AI handle everything fully automatically (since fact-checking and the like are required), the work can be completed entirely through outsourcing. We will provide the full set of know-how, from customer acquisition to content creation and delivery. Use of generative AI costs about ¥3,000 per month. Due to the nature of the business, revenue is seasonal, with demand increasing especially toward year-end. However, the market itself has existed for over 20 years, and continued demand is expected going forward.
