[Patents and Early-Stage System] AI Emotion-Analysis Patent and 2 Other Patents — Business Succession / M&A Opportunity

A patent for analyzing user emotions using AI. A broad patent covering all interactive web services, including social media, games, and review sites. International application filed (priority valid until January 2026). In a valuation, the emotion-analysis patent alone is worth ¥40 million; filing overseas or commercializing it domestically would raise this further. As we lack the personnel to operate it, we wish to sell, while requesting support for overseas filing and paid support for development for the time being. The only other holder of a patent capable of detecting defamation through emotion analysis is Yahoo. We will also transfer a heatstroke-detection patent developed through industry-academia collaboration and a patent for monitoring the well-being and health condition of the elderly.
