■ Product / Service We have conducted long-term research and development on conductive contacts (probes) essential for inspecting electronic devices such as flat panel displays and semiconductors, as well as on contact methods. Products include probe units for flat panel display inspection, probe cards for COF/SOF inspection, and semiconductor test sockets. ■ Business strengths / differentiators The conductive contact, a core product for electronic device inspection, is an industry-first sheet-type probe in which special processing technology is applied to a metal layer adhered to the surface of an insulating substrate such as glass to form the base wiring and the contact portion. We also developed an original new contact mechanism that enables collective contact of the sheet-type probe under low pressure. We hold several patents related to these. With products built around our patented technology and know-how, we aim to expand the business globally. ■ Customers / customer acquisition Customers are domestic and overseas electronic device manufacturers. We manufacture conductive contacts and the like for each type of electronic device produced and deliver them to the manufacturers. Product adoption leads to continued transactions after evaluation of prototypes. ■ Revenue model Continuous sales to electronic device manufacturers. After product evaluation, order volumes grow and transaction values increase. ■ Costs The main costs are manufacturing, sales, and R&D expenses. ■ Resources (personnel, equipment, capital) An environment where the patents and know-how I hold can be effectively utilized. ■ Other (business model) Given the nature of the products, I believe it is better for me to remain involved in running the business for some time.

■製品・サービス フラットパネルディスや半導体等の電子デバイスの検査に不可欠な通電用接触子（プローブ）と、コンタクト方法について永年研究開発を行って参りました。 製品としましては、フラットパネルディスの検査用プローブユニット、ＣＯＦ・ＳＯＦ検査用プローブカード、半導体テストソケットなどです。 ■事業の強み・差別化ポイント 電子デバイス検査の基幹製品である通電用接触子は、ガラス等の絶縁基板の表面に密着した金属層に特殊な加工技術を用いて下地配線と、コンタクト用接触部を形成した業界初のシート状プローブです。 また、シート状プローブを低加圧で一括コンタクトを可能とした新コンタクト機構も、弊社が開発したオリジナル製品です。 尚、これらに関する特許を数点保有しております。 特許技術とノウハウを核とした製品で、グローバルなビジネス展開を図って参りたいと考えております。 ■顧客/集客方法 顧客は、国内外の電子デバイスメーカーです。 電子デバイスの生産品種毎に通電用接触子等を製造して、電子デバイスメーカーへ納品します。 製品の採用には、試作品の評価を経て継続取引となります。 ■収益モデル 電子デバイスメーカーへの継続的な販売となります。 製品の評価を経て、受注量が増えて取引額も大きくなります。 ■コスト コストは、製造費、販売費、研究開発費が主なコストとなります。 ■リソース（人材・設備・資金） 私が保有している特許と、ノウハウを有効活用して頂ける環境です。 ■ビジネスモデルその他 製品の特徴からビジネスの運営には、暫くの間は私が携わった方が良いと考えております。
