We operate a [one-on-one tutoring cram school] in Chiba City for elementary, junior high, and high school students. It is a 3-minute walk from the station and is a franchisee of a major chain. Rather than students aiming for top-tier schools, most of our families are looking to improve their school test scores. Instead of focusing on dramatic gains in academic ability, a major part of the work is building trusting relationships with students and helping them develop study habits.
