Business Succession / M&A: A Video App That Won a Google Play Best App Award

We are considering selling an entertainment video-streaming smartphone app. It was developed in Flutter, so it supports both iOS and Android. Several years ago, it won a category award among Google Play's selected Best Apps. (* The service has now been discontinued.) It is equipped with general-purpose features as a video-streaming app and can be used regardless of video genre. It also has a track record of 30,000 downloads within 3 months of launch.
