The company operating this business was originally a division of a firm running real estate, beauty, and franchise (solar panels, etc.) businesses, but it was spun off into a separate corporation in February 2025. The business has been engaged in cleaning vacation-rental and monthly apartment properties in earnest since February 2024. Separately from the founder of the original operating company, the person who served as the business manager has taken the role of representative director of this business and is building it up. (The founder functions in an advisory capacity.) Cleaning is carried out for 69 vacation-rental rooms and 130 monthly apartment rooms within Tokyo's 23 wards. At present, the representative is also working on cleaning, and member training has become standardized to the point that even a newly hired part-time member can work independently and go to a cleaning site after three days. 本事業の運営会社は、元々不動産・美容・FC（太陽光パネル等）のビジネスを運営する企業の一部門でしたが、2025年2月に別法人化。 事業としては2024年2月から本格的に民泊・マンスリー物件の清掃を行っており、元々の運営会社の創業者とは別に、事業責任者であった人間が本事業の代表取締役に就き、事業の構築を行っています。（創業者はアドバイザー的に機能） 東京23区内の民泊69部屋・マンスリー130部屋を対象に清掃を行っています。 現在、代表も清掃に出ている状況で、メンバーの教育も形式化されてきて新規バイトメンバーであっても、3日経てば一人立ちして清掃現場に行ける状況です。 今では民泊清掃だけでなく、ハウスクリーニングと内装工事（クロスや床）も行っています。※それぞれ売上は8:1:1という状況。 課題は、営業先の物件開拓と人材採用である為、そこにシナジーが利かせられる譲受企業を求めています。
