We operate a cat-goods (cat toys) brand to create a lifestyle that makes both cats and their owners happy. Currently, we sell only on Amazon. ■ Supplementary Reason for Transfer Because I am running another company that is preparing for an IPO, I want to focus on that and am considering a sale. I started this business as a hobby of sorts, but the launch went better than expected. Through market analysis, I believe it has the potential to grow into annual sales of around ¥2-5 billion in the domestic market alone, and if we approach Southeast Asian and other countries with large populations and high cat-ownership rates, there is potential for tens of billions of yen or more. As someone whose main business is not the e-commerce field but the management of a company on the verge of an IPO, although the market is attractive, I believe there is a possibility that I will be unable to put enough effort in and fully grow it.

猫も飼い主さんも幸せになるようなライフスタイルを作り出すために猫用品（猫のおもちゃ）のブランドを運営しています。 現在はAmazonでのみ販売を行っております。 ■譲渡理由補足 上場前の別会社を運営している都合で、そちらに集中したく売却を検討中です。 趣味程度で開始した事業ですが、事業の立ち上がりが想定以上に良く、市場分析をしていると国内だけでも20~50億くらいの年商に化ける可能性がある上に、東南アジアなどの人口と猫の飼育率が高い国へアプローチすれば3桁億、それ以上の可能性があると思っております。 EC領域が本業ではなく、上場手前の会社経営をしている立場としては、市場が魅力的ではあるものの、力を入れきれずに伸ばしきれない可能性があると思っております。
