The company operates medical hair-removal clinics and medical aesthetics as a medical aesthetic dermatology practice. Review ratings are high and patient satisfaction remains very strong. All of the clinic's nurses have prior experience at aesthetic clinics, and through training they can handle everything from reception to counseling, treatments, payments, and supply ordering, so the clinic runs autonomously. The clinic is located in central Osaka with an underground arcade that keeps you out of the rain, so the location is excellent. There are 7 treatment rooms in total, but due to certain circumstances only 2 are currently in use. Going forward, the remaining 5 rooms can be utilized to expand the medical aesthetics lineup, enabling upselling and cross-selling. Regarding those circumstances: the parent company that operated the clinic was acquired by a major corporation. The clinic is in a completely different industry from the parent, and on the instructions of the acquirer (parent company) it must be spun off quickly. For this reason, we are prioritizing speed over price. With the busy season approaching, we would like to change the operating entity before then. As for the situation: it has been profitable on a single-month basis since June 2024. During the busy season (April-October) there is a solid prospect of profitability even with 2 rooms, but it runs at a loss during the off-season. With 5 treatment rooms still vacant, the timing is right to drive further monetization, and we would like the buyer to make good use of those rooms. Also, since this is a general incorporated association, full management control can be obtained through a loan to the association, with no particularly complex administration involved. Furthermore, since all loans extended by the operating entity to the general incorporated association will be waived, the balance sheet will be in quite a healthy state.

医療美容皮膚科として医療脱毛クリニック・医療美容の展開を行っております。 クチコミ評価は高く、患者様の満足度も非常に高く推移しております。 クリニックは看護師もみな美容クリニック経験者であることと、教育により受付からカウンセリング、施術、入出金、備品発注など全て対応できるため自走しております。 クリニックは、大阪中心部にあり雨にも濡れない地下アーケードもあるため立地は良いと思います。 施術室は合計7部屋あり、諸事情により２部屋しか活用できておりませんので今後、５部屋を活用し医療美容のラインナップを増やすことが可能でアップセル・クロスセルも可能となります。 その諸事情ですが、クリニックを運営していた母体となる会社が大手企業に買収されました。クリニックは、母体の会社とは全くの異業種であり買収先（親会社）の指示で急ぎ切り離さなくてはならなくなりました。 そのため金額よりスピード感を重視させて頂いております。 間もなく繁忙期にさしかかるため、その前には運営母体の変更を行いたいと思っております。 状況としましては、2024年6月より単月黒字化しており、繁忙期（4月～10月）は２部屋でも黒字化の目途は十分に経っておりますが、閑散期は赤字になります。 今後、まだ施術室も５部屋も空いておりますので、その５部屋を更なる収益化を図るタイミングにきており、買い手様にはそこの活用を上手くして頂きたく思っております。 また、今回は一般社団法人のため、一般社団法人への融資により経営権を全て取得でき、特に複雑な事務はございません。また、運営母体が一般社団法人へ貸付けている融資は全て放棄されるため、BSはかなり健全な状態となります。

クリニックを運営していた母体となる会社が大手企業に買収されたため、母体の会社とは 異業種であるクリニックを急ぎ切り離さなくてはならなくなりました。 そのため金額よりスピード感を重視させて頂いております。 まもなく繁忙期を迎えます。収益面では喜ばしい事ですが、運営母体の変更は繁忙期中に行うのは従業員も苦労すると考えており、せめて繁忙期よりも前に運営母体の変更は行いたいと 思っております。
