Business Succession / M&A Listing: Voice-Call Matching App

We are transferring an already-launched voice-call matching app. The monetization model is men purchasing points to call women. Women earn the points spent as income. Already implemented: a 'like' feature, a call reservation system, a search system, tagging, built-in identity verification service (eKYC), subscription billing, an offerwall feature for point-earning activities, a private message feature, a friend-invite system, and more. It can be used not only between men and women, but also as a service for phone consultations with specialists. After about 8 months of operation, monthly sales were around ¥300,000. We were unable to invest much in advertising, so it was not profitable, but depending on how it is run, it is a model that can generate reasonable revenue. Development took nearly 2 years. If there is a company that can run it well, we would very much like to transfer it.

既にクローズした通話型マッチングアプリを譲渡します。 課金モデルは男性が女性に通話ためのポイント購入です。 女性には課金された分のポイントが収入として発生します。 いいね機能、通話予約システム、検索システム、タグ付、 本人確認サービス（eKYC）組み込み、 サブスク課金機能、ポイ活用オファーウォール機能、個別メッセージ機能、 友達招待システムなど実装済みです。 男女間だけでなく、専門性のある方に電話で相談できるサービスとしてもご利用可能です。 ８ヶ月ほど運用して月の売り上げは30万程度でした。 あまり広告に資金を入れられなかったため、収益を出せませんでしたが、 運用次第ではそれなりに収益を出せるモデルとなっております。 開発には2年弱費やしました。 うまく運用してくださる会社様がおりましたら是非譲渡させていただきたいと思っております。
