[Profitable & Self-Running] Business Succession / M&A Listing for a Cram School in Osaka

We plan to transfer one of the multiple cram school classrooms we operate in Osaka. The teachers are also included in the transfer. Transfer of the classroom manager can be discussed separately. We will give priority to buyers who can take over two classrooms. After the transfer, the owner's main duties will be handling student rescheduling, calculating teacher payroll, and attracting students.

大阪で複数学習塾を運営している内の1教室を譲渡予定です。 教師も譲渡対象に入ってます。 教室長の譲渡は別途相談。 2教室の譲渡いただける方を優先で取引しようと考えています。 譲渡後のオーナー様の仕事としては、生徒の振り替え対応、教師の給与計算、生徒の集客が主な仕事になります。

3月が集客時の為、2月中の譲渡を希望しています。 3月は引継ぎサポートはさせていただきます。 2月にチラシを配布予定ですが、3月にもチラシや集客は必要なので、 対応できる方を探しています。
