Business Succession / M&A Listing for an Indoor Sports School Location in Tokyo

As a pioneer of Japan's first simulation-based indoor sports school, we have a long history of operation. We currently operate a total of 10 locations centered on the Kanto/Tokyo metropolitan area, and we plan to continue expanding franchise locations nationwide. Each location is designed with a bright, open feel, providing a spatial atmosphere where customers can enjoy an elegant mood despite being indoors, along with an open lesson environment and refined services that make the most of that setting. This time, in order to develop a further new business, we are considering transferring a 24-hour unattended store-type business and some of our directly operated flagship school locations.

国内初のシュミレーションインドアスポーツスクールの先駆けとして、長年運営をしてきた歴史があります。現在は関東首都圏を中心に合計10店舗を運営し、今後もフランチャイズ店舗を全国に拡大していく計画です。各店舗明るく開放感のある空間を意識してデザインされており、インドアでありながら優雅な気分に浸れる空間演出と開放感のレッスン環境を提供、その環境を活かした洗練されたサービスを提供しています。今回はさらに新規事業を展開するべく、24時間無人店舗型の事業の譲渡と、直営スクール店舗の一部フラッグシップ店について譲渡を考えております。
