This is a matching site connecting personal gyms with users, operated since January 2022. Due to an internal business reorganization, we are now considering selling this business. The service has a network of over 250 partner gyms nationwide as referral destinations, from which it introduces users to the gym best suited to their needs. The main revenue comes from commissions paid by gyms—specifically, partnership fees (site listing fees) and new-customer referral fees. As for user acquisition, under normal conditions* advertising generates 150–200 inquiries per month, with an additional 1–3 organic inflows per month via the website. (*This assumes a two-person setup of one sales staff and one operations staff. At present, due to our internal business strategy, personnel resources have been allocated to other businesses, so advertising is largely suspended. Website inflows include not only prospective gym members but also gym operators seeking to be listed.) While operating this business requires a minimum amount of labor, the closing (membership sign-up) rate after a new-customer referral is a high 80%. In addition, the monthly advertising budget is adjustable, and because various acquisition channels* other than advertising are also possible, the business can be run with controlled risk depending on the situation. (*This year, the service has also been featured on other companies' YouTube channels and Twitter accounts. We have also set up our own social media and affiliate sites. That said, the main acquisition channels remain the website and advertising.) Personal gyms are on the rise, especially in central Tokyo, and "customer acquisition" is the biggest challenge for every gym. Each gym spends a considerable amount on advertising for customer acquisition, and given that a certain number of new gyms keep opening, we believe demand for this service is relatively high. 2022年1月から運営しているパーソナルジムと利用者のマッチングサイトです。 この度自社内事業再編のため、本事業の売却を検討しております。 顧客紹介先となる加盟店数が全国250店舗以上あり、その中からお客様ニーズに合った最適なジムをご紹介するサービスです。ジムからの手数料収入が主な売上であり、具体的には提携手数料（サイト掲載料）および新規顧客紹介手数料などとなっております。 利用者の集客状況ですが、平常時※は広告による集客が月間で150～200件、HP経由の自然流入が同1～3件ほど発生しております。（※営業1名・運営1名の2名体制の前提です。現在は弊社内の事業戦略の都合上、人員リソースを別事業へ割り当てていることから、広告をほぼ停止している状態です。また、HP経由の流入は、ジム入会希望者の他、ジム経営者からの掲載希望などもございます。） 当事業の運営においては、最低限の人手は必要ですが、新規顧客紹介後の成約率（入会率）は80％と高い水準となっております。また、毎月の広告費は調整可能であり、かつ広告以外にも多様な集客手段※が考えられることから、状況に応じてリスクを抑えた事業運営が可能です。（※今年に入って、本サービスを他社のYOUTUBEチャンネルやtwitterアカウントでご紹介いただいた実績もございます。加えて、自社SNS、アフィリエイトサイトも整備しました。なお、主な集客窓口はHPと広告運用であることに変わりありません。） パーソナルジムは都内を中心に増加傾向にあり、どこのジムも「集客」が最大の課題です。各ジムは、集客のためにそれなりの広告費をかけており、一定数の新規ジムが断続的にオープンしている状況に見ても、当サービスのニーズは比較的高いと考えます。 また、アフターコロナの環境下で、利用者側のパーソナルトレーニングへの関心が高まっている現状も、本サービスにとっての追い風となっています。 以上、ご関心をいただけましたら、一度ご連絡くださいませ。
