Business Succession / M&A Listing: Management Support Business Official LINE Account (with Landing Page)

This is a business that supports the operations of other companies. The model is to receive half of the increased sales as a performance-based fee. Because I suddenly need to go overseas just as the business is starting in earnest, I am transferring the landing page and the official LINE account, which has over 100 registered friends. (The official LINE account has 1 organic follower from advertising and 103 registrations through an agency.) Surprisingly, many business owners are not aware of M&A sites. A recent example: I advised a cosmetics business owner who could not sell their cosmetics by any means to sell the business on an M&A site. They had been running ads one by one, and the advertising costs exceeded sales, resulting in a large loss, so thanks to our advice they were able to secure a solid profit. (At that time, since it was the start of the business and I advised for free, I received no fee, but in reality a fee of around ¥1 million would have arisen.) There has only been one inquiry from this business's Google Ads so far, so the exact figures are unclear, but the image is roughly one inquiry per several thousand yen of advertising cost.

他の会社様の事業のお手伝いをする事業です。 増えた売上分の半分を成果報酬としていただくモデルになります。 事業を本格的にスタートするタイミングで急遽海外に行く必要が出てきてしまったため、LPと友だち登録100人超の公式ラインアカウントをお譲りいたします。（公式ラインアカウントは、広告による自然流入1人と、業者による登録103人です） 経営をされている方の中には、M&Aサイトのことを知らない方も意外と多いです。最近の事例としては、化粧品事業者様で、どうやっても化粧品が売れなかった方に、事業をM&Aサイトで売却するアドバイスをしたことがあります。1本1本広告を出して売っていたら、広告費が売上より多くなり多額の赤字となっていましたので、弊社のアドバイスのおかげでしっかり利益を確保できたという形です。（この時は事業開始当初で無償でアドバイスをしていたため、報酬はいただきませんでしたが、実際であれば100万円程度の報酬が発生していました） 当事業のGoogle 広告からのお問い合わせはまだ1件なので、正確な数字はわかりかねますが、おおよそ数千円程度の広告費で1件のお問い合わせが来るようなイメージかと思います。
