We operate group homes as a disability welfare service. We run them with "lifelong support" as our core principle. Across every generation, from employment onward, the various welfare services are full of challenges, and we aim to solve them. Having achieved a sense of completion in supporting employment for people with disabilities at SMEs and other companies, we are now focusing on daily life within disability welfare services. However, looking at the medium to long term, special-purpose subsidiaries and large companies that employ people with disabilities in groups of dozens will find group homes essential. Alongside scaling up, we are also planning to provide employment support for people with disabilities as well as student support. We hope to find someone who understands our policy, and to secure excellent talent while building the systems together. 障害福祉サービス事業のグループホームを行っております。「一生涯支援」を基軸に運営しています。各世代、就労はじめ各福祉サービスで様々な課題だらけで、そこを解決していこうと考えています。 中小企業等、企業のの障がい者就労支援はやりきった感もあり、障害福祉サービスの生活を今見ています。 ただ、中長期的に見て、特例子会社や大会社で数十人単位で障がい者雇用を行っている会社は、グループホームは必須です。 規模拡大と同時に、障がい者就労支援及び学生支援も行いたく構想中。 当社の方針をご理解いただき、優秀な人材確保を行いつつ仕組みも一緒に創っていきたいと考えております。興味があれば一度お話できれば幸いです。 □強み ・収入が安定している ■課題 ・人材確保や物件確保などにおいて、先出し資金が必要となる点。 ・優秀な人材確保ができていない
