We are a company that sells and maintains systems for machine-extracting dashi (soup stock), aimed at restaurants, highway service areas, and the like. Drawing on the seller's previous experience with coffee machine extraction technology, the machines were developed and a patent obtained. They are sold mainly to the foodservice industry nationwide.
