●固定客(不動産)よりリフォーム一式の依頼を安定的に頂いており売り上げの予測が出来る状態。 ●下請け業者もスタンバイして頂いている状態での譲渡 ●エンドユーザー様にリフォームを一式ご提供させて頂いております。 営業集客は営業マンが引き続き行いますので固定客＋営業＋下請け業者の形が出来ておりますのでビジネスモデルとしては理想的な形かと存じでおります。 ●固定費はかなり少ない

新しい事業を立ち上げるため

❶代表は譲渡後、リフォーム集客営業会社を立ち上げますので獲得した案件を譲渡会社に依頼し、1案件毎に契約案件の数パーセントを報酬として頂きたく存じます。 (例)ユニットバスの入れ替え案件を９０万円で契約した場合、90万円の10%(仮)を報酬として頂きます。 ❷代表は譲渡後、中古物件を仕入れてリフォームをした後に売りに出す再販事業を手掛ける予定です。 その際のリフォーム工事は本件の譲受先の方へ依頼予定。
