◇不動産を含む事業譲渡額70百万円（最低希望額であり、応交渉可能）

◇北海道内に調剤薬局を営む1店舗（札幌市、函館市ではない） ◇株式譲渡ではなく、事業譲渡。 ◇譲渡を行って以降は、調剤薬局の屋号を変えて頂くことは問題無し。 ◇後継者不在の創業者から、本件を含む4店舗をM&Aで譲受予定であるが、今回譲渡対象店舗は北海道ということもあり、M＆A取得後に1店舗だけを譲渡されたいご意向。 【強み】 ◇地域を代表する大病院の門前薬局に位置しており、好立地であり、地域及び近隣からの高い知名度を誇っていること。 ◇年間の処方箋枚数は約10,000～11,000枚と安定している。 ◇少数精鋭のシフト体制で、オペレーション業務は行わており、新たに薬剤師や事務員を追加採用することは不要であること。
