Business Succession / M&A Listing: App Connecting Portrait Photographers with Models

I personally operate an app and website that help portrait (people) photographers and models recruit each other. It was released in December 2022, and as of April 23, 2023 there are 209 registered users. Monetization is minimal—just a few banner ads displayed within the app. Main Features - App - Recruitment of photographers and models - Searching for postings on a map - Chat - Post-shoot exchanges (approving shoot requests, submitting shoot data, ratings) - Website - User introductions on the top page - Explanation of how to use it - Web My Page (a feature that lets you publish a portfolio on the web by filling in your app profile) - Privacy Policy / Terms of Service The app is built with Flutter and Firebase. The website is built with React. It is not a heavily developed website. While I sense future potential in the app, I lack the development resources and have been unable to work on improving it. I am also considering monetizing it as an escrow service that supports paid portrait shoots, but I feel the bar is high for an individual to register as a Type II funds-transfer operator, so I have not been able to monetize it either. We are seeking a company that can take over this project and grow it.

ポートレート撮影（人物写真）のカメラマンと被写体がお互いを募集し合うことをサポートするアプリやWebサイトを個人で運営しています。 2022年12月にリリースし、登録者は2023年4月23日時点で209人です。 アプリ内に少しバナー広告を表示している程度で、ほとんどマネタイズは行っていません。 主な機能 ・アプリ - カメラマンと被写体の募集 - マップ上からの募集の検索 - チャット - 撮影後のやりとり（撮影依頼の承認・撮影データの提出・評価） ・Webサイト - トップページでのユーザー紹介 - 操作方法の説明 - Webマイページ（アプリのプロフィールを埋めることで、Web上にポートフォリオを公開できる機能） - プライバシーポリシー・利用規約 アプリはFulutterとFirebaseによって作成されています。 WebサイトはReactで作成されています。あまり作り込まれたWebサイトではありません。 アプリに対して将来性を感じるものの、開発リソースが足りずアプリの改修に手がつけられない状況になっています。 また、有償でのポートレート撮影をサポートするエスクローサービスとしてマネタイズすることを考えていますが、第二種資金移動業者への個人での届出に高いハードルを感じており、マネタイズも行えていない状況です。 このプロジェクトを引き継いで発展させていただける企業様を募集いたします。

個人での制作物です。 事業の売却というより、アプリやそれに付随する制作物の譲渡になるかと思います。
