[Business Overview] We operate a point-earning (poikatsu) app for smartphones. The business model has users complete offers such as credit card applications, bank account openings, beauty salon trials, and product monitor trials, and returns a portion of the performance-based rewards earned from the ASP (affiliate service provider) to the users. [Features] The app is developed and operated using no-code tools. The app is already published on the Google Play Store and the Apple Store. We had planned to continue operating it, but due to a change in management strategy we are now considering a business transfer. There are several hundred point-back offers, which is quite a large number, so a shortage of offers is unlikely.
