[Inventory Included] EC Business of an Outdoor Select Shop — Business Succession / M&A Listing

Our core business was a design firm that designs and builds websites, but we also ran several of our own original projects, and in 2020 we started an outdoor select shop as an extension of the president's hobby. However, the COVID-19 pandemic began soon after, so we discontinued physical-store operations and shifted entirely to the online store. With an upcoming office relocation, we have decided to sell as part of a reorganization and refocusing of our businesses.

・ECサイト（Shopifyで構築したもので商品在庫は全て登録済み） ・商品在庫（約200万円分） ECサイトは、譲渡先のビジネス名やロゴマークに変更するなど、最低限の見た目の調整をさせていただきます。

本業はウェブサイトをデザインし、制作するデザイン会社でございましたが、自社オリジナルのプロジェクトもいくつか展開しており、2020年から社長の趣味の延長でアウトドアセレクトショップをスタートしました。しかしすぐにコロナ禍が始まり、実店舗としての営業はやめオンラインストアに振り切りました。この度、オフィス移転をする運びとなり、事業の再編と集中のため売却を決めました。
