[Third-Party Allotment of Shares] Drone & Robot Business — Business Succession / M&A Listing

We mainly assemble drones for business users and provide sales, service, and support through agencies (with some shops as well). On this occasion, in connection with our new entry into the robot business, we plan to carry out a third-party allotment of shares and are seeking new shareholders to take it up.
