[Around 5,000 Subscribers] Korean Drama Character-Introduction YouTube — Business Succession / M&A Listing

[Workflow] The main flow is: topic selection → script writing → narration → video editing → thumbnail creation. I did the narration myself, but using text-to-speech software incurs no cost. The following are outsourced: ・ Script writing — ¥1,000 to a writer (includes image gathering) ・ Script checking and proofreading — ¥300 (scripts from highly skilled writers are not sent to a proofreader) ・ Video editing — ¥1,500 for under 10 minutes, ¥2,000 for over 10 minutes ・ Thumbnail creation — ¥100 Taking the above into account, each video is produced for under ¥3,000. I mainly handle the narration and checks at each stage, so I do not do much work myself. [Notes] 1: We cannot address any issues that arise from future YouTube or AdSense updates, so please understand this in advance. 2: Operation methods after handover of this product are the buyer's responsibility. 3: We bear no responsibility whatsoever if the buyer's use violates YouTube's terms of service and results in suspension or account deletion. 昨年5月より運営していますが、今年に入り忙しくて投稿数が減ったので、今後の運営を担って頂ける方へお譲りいたします。 【YouTubeチャンネル概要】 ・2021年5月に作成した韓流エンタメ系（主にドラマや人物紹介）YouTubeチャンネルです。 ・もちろん収益化していますのでご安心ください。 ・チャンネル登録者数5000人程度です。 ・アップしている動画（140本程度）は削除せずそのままお渡しいたします。 【作業内容】 ネタ検討→台本作成→ナレーション→動画編集→サムネイル作成が主な流れとなっています。 ナレーションは自分で行っていましたが、音声読み上げソフトを使えばコストはかかりません。 以下外注内容になります ・台本作成←ライターさん1000円（画像集めも含まれます。） ・台本チェックや校正300円 （ライティング力の高いライターさんの台本は校正さんに依頼していません） ・動画編集10分以内1500円10分以上2000円 ・サムネイル作成100円 以上をふまえると、1本3000円以内で動画を作成しています。 私は主にナレーションと各工程のチェックを行い、そこまで作業はしていません。 【注意事項】 １：今後YouTubeやアドセンスのアップデートにより何らかの問題が起きた場合、こちらでは対応致し兼ねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 ２：当商品を受渡し後の運営方法につきましては購入者様の責任になります。 ３：万が一、購入者様の使用方法がYouTube使用規約に反する行動が見受けられ、凍結・アカウント削除などが発生した場合は当方は一切責任を負いかねます。ご返金も致しかねますのでご注意ください。 ４：YouTubeやアドセンスの規約がアップデートされたことが原因による不具合等が起きたとしましても、こちらではその都度の対応はできません。 ５：CH内の動画が原因で万が一トラブルが発生した場合でも、当方は一切責任を負いかねます。 ６：アドセンスは付属しません。収益の受け取りにご自身のアドセンスアカウントの紐付けが必要です。 多数のご応募お待ちしております。
