[Holds Legacy Liquor License] Business Succession / M&A Listing: Liquor Retailer in Chiba Prefecture

・Operates one liquor store in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Chiba Prefecture) and also sells liquor via an EC site. ・About 45 years in business; many customers among local companies and shops. ・Because it holds a legacy liquor license (acquired in the Showa era), there are no restrictions on the types of liquor it can handle in online sales. It also holds a tobacco license. ・In-store sales 40–50%, delivery and other sales about 40%, EC sales 10–20%. ・A major retailer is currently in talks through another agent, but with no basis for comparison, the seller is consulting a trusted agent (a relative) about selling. ・The sale price plans to offset the directors' borrowings (approx. ¥22 million) with retirement payments. ・There is currently approximately ¥17 million in borrowings from financial institutions. (Of which leases are about ¥2 million.) ・Liquor inventory of approximately ¥5–6 million. ・Regarding the transfer amount, the method is flexible, with the remaining cash on hand given top priority. ・Because the store is currently the seller's combined residence and store, relocation will be required after the sale. ・The handover period is planned for 3 to 6 months.
