A cosmetics-focused retail and wholesale business. (We mainly sell nail and eyeshadow products.) In addition to in-store sales, we accept EC sales. We have also generated stable advertising revenue from our D2C Instagram account for the past 3 years. Monthly sales average ¥1 million, exceeding ¥2 million in good months. Moreover, it is all profit, and we do no sales activity whatsoever. Since clients bring us the work, it is easy to start even for those with no sales experience. Therefore, those who can do their own sales or have marketing knowledge could aim for monthly sales of ¥10 million. (I do not currently do this, but I think more revenue could be expected by also doing affiliate marketing, etc.) The SNS account has been running for 4 years and has many core fans. For cosmetics sales, first-month monthly sales were about ¥2 million. For cosmetics, it is an account ranked in the top 10 among Japan's review-type SNS accounts. (Based on follower count.) We have confirmed with the SNS operating company that the SNS account can be sold. We post reviews of affordable cosmetics and rarely show our face, so a transfer should be relatively easy. Going forward, we think revenue can be expected by increasing the product line. We also have many influencer acquaintances, and as I am an influencer myself, I am often able to receive free gifting, PR, etc., so we have spent no money at all on PR.

コスメをメインに取り扱う小売卸売業です。 （主にネイル、アイシャドウを販売しています） 店頭販売のほか、EC販売を受け付けています。また、D2C Instagramアカウントから広告としての収益もここ3年安定的に出ています。 毎月平均月商100万円、多い時だと200万円を越します。 また、全てが利益となっており、営業も一切しておりません。 クライアント様にお仕事をいただく形ですので、営業未経験の方でも始めやすいかと存じます。 ですので、ご自身で営業ができる方、マーケティング知識がおありの方は、月商1000万円も目指せる範囲だと思っています。 （私は現在しておりませんが、アフィリエイトなども行うことでより収益が見込めるかと思います。） SNSアカウントは4年前から行なっているためコアなファンも多く、化粧品販売につきまして、初月は200万円ほどの月商でした。 また、コスメ系ですと日本のレビュー系SNSのトップ10位には入るアカウントとなっております。（フォロワー数で考えています） SNSアカウントの売却が可能である旨をSNS運営会社に確認済みです。 プチプラコスメのレビューを投稿しておりまして、顔出しはほぼしていないため、譲渡も比較的しやすいかと存じます。 今後、商品ラインを増やすことで収益が見込めるかと思います。 インフルエンサーの知り合いも多く、また自身がインフルエンサーであることから無償でギフティング、PR等お引き受けいただけることが多いためPR費用は１円もお金をかけておりません。
