On land with frontage on three roads, within walking distance of a major shinkansen station and arterial road and with little room for value decline, stands a reinforced-concrete building fully suitable for continued use. 事業譲渡

不動産（土地の一部と建物、固定資産評価額3000万円以上）とクリニック内の全機械、器械、器具、システムなど診療に利用する機器類全般（購入価格2000万円以上）を対象資産として譲渡いたします。 現状の借入金も精算予定ですので、実質事業の価値はのれん代を含め、マイナス評価と破格でお譲り予定です。

★医師、医療法人もしくは、医師の派遣が可能な医療系グループ限定での譲渡希望です。 地域随一の治療用機器を揃えており、購入価格2000万円以上の機器を無償譲渡いたします。 地域に根差して30年と、地域医療の要としてのポジションをしっかり確立した病院で、地元知名度も高く、1日100名近い患者数など収益も高安定な状況です。 価値下落余地少の新幹線主要駅、幹線道路から徒歩圏の3方道路の土地に鉄筋の建物があり、十分継続利用可能です。土地そのものは、飲食店や大型スーパーも徒歩圏と利便性の高い閑静な住宅地にあります。 院長が高齢にて事業承継を希望していることに加え、地域での十分な集客ができてはおりますが、今後、SNSによる発信やウェブの整備、オンライン診療、ウェブ活用等収益拡大余地も十分にあると考えています。
