■ Product / Service A franchise of a major women-only fitness brand. You will be entrusted with counseling, exercise support, and store operations. It's a job where you can enjoy interacting with people! While leveraging food-related know-how, you support members' health promotion. Beyond exercise instruction, you also advise on each member's dietary habits, guiding them toward a healthier life. [Task 1] Counseling Using a body composition analyzer, measure body fat percentage, basal metabolic rate, muscle mass, etc., and ask about diet and lifestyle. Provide exercise and nutrition counseling tailored to the member's needs. Offer appropriate advice such as planning and exercise methods to achieve goals like dieting. [Task 2] Exercise instruction Guide members on how to use hydraulic machines and tips for circuit training, supporting their exercise. [Task 3] Various store duties Handle enrollment reception, member management, sales promotion, sales of health products, POP creation, in-store displays, and planning of events and campaigns. [Task 4] Product sales Sell health goods and food to the over 300 staff/members. ■ Business strengths / differentiators As of June 2019, it has over 300 members and is operated by 5 female staff (2 employees, 3 part-timers). It boasts a customer visit rate ranking 8th nationwide. Stores with over 300 members are also rare nationwide. There is a chronic staff shortage, but on a single-month basis it is a profitable business.
