Business Succession / M&A Listing: 8 coin laundry locations in eastern Tokyo

We operate a coin laundry business in the eastern area of Tokyo and wish to transfer 8 locations. We established stores early in this area, and with local roots and a customer base, we have many repeat customers. When competitors open nearby, there may be a temporary drop in sales, but sales are generally stable. We recently opened 2 new locations and can expect a revenue boost from them going forward. The stores are leased properties, and our relationship with the landlords is good. This coin laundry business is operated by the company (a corporation), but a shareholder (an individual) owns some of the machinery and equipment, which the company leases from them. On a nominal accounting basis it shows a loss, but earnings before depreciation are positive, and with substantial room for cost reduction, the business has ample real earning power to generate sufficient profit.
