・ Because another business of an affiliated company is busy, the owner is considering transferring the company that is the subject of this transfer. ・ We are considering transferring one pet shop in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area. ・ The animals handled at the store include dogs, cats, small animals, and birds. ・ The store itself is in roughly its first fiscal year since launch and, including equipment, is in a condition essentially like new—no different from starting fresh. ・ It is currently at the launch stage, with launch preparations finally complete, but another affiliated company's business became busy, and a shortage of management resources led to considering a transfer. ・ Since personnel to handle on-site operations are secured, it can be operated as long as there is personnel to manage areas such as accounting. ・ The most recent fiscal-year results are in the red because it is the launch period, but from the next fiscal year onward, with the system in place, we forecast monthly sales in the ¥700,000–¥1.3 million range. ・ The transfer consideration (share price) is about ¥3.5 million, but there is also about ¥20 million in borrowings to be repaid to an affiliated company.

・関連会社の別事業が多忙のため、今回の譲渡対象法人の譲渡を検討頂いております。 ・関東甲信越エリアでペットショップ１店舗の譲渡を検討しております。 ・店舗の対象動物は、犬・猫・小動物・鳥類など。 ・店舗自体立ち上げてほぼ1期目になり、設備含め、新規で営業頂く際と変わらない状態で新しい状態です。 ・現状立ち上げ段階で、ようやく、立ち上げ準備等完了した段階で、別の関連会社事業が忙しくなり、経営メンバーのリソース不足から譲渡検討に至りました。 ・現場のオペレーレーションを行う人材は確保できているため、経理関係など管理する人材がいれば運営可能です。 ・直近期決算は、立ち上げ期のため、赤字ですが、来期以降は、体制が整い月次売上70〜130万円台を予測しております。 ・譲渡対価(株価)は350万円程になりますが、他、関係会社からの借入返済が2,000万円程あります。
