Within a 10-minute walk of Ikebukuro Station. Because it uses a shared salon, there is no rent or similar costs, so sales translate almost directly into profit. Salon Board and Peak Manager are already contracted, so customer management and customer acquisition are also excellent. With existing reviews in place, customer acquisition can be expected from an early stage. The shared salon is a unit in an apartment building and is a fully private room, making it ideal for solo owners looking to launch a new business. The acquisition cost can likely be recouped in as little as 1–2 months. Rather than a transfer of the entire store, think of it as a transfer of the know-how, brand (trade name), existing customers, and customer-acquisition tools as they are. Because using a shared salon is a somewhat unusual business format, after the transfer is complete we would like to provide hands-on support for about one month. This does not, of course, mean interfering with operations or salon policy; it is strictly support such as sharing know-how and assisting with the flow from customer acquisition through operations. 事業譲渡
