This listing is a brand-transfer deal in which the operating rights to original self-made characters (two major character IPs), the three YouTube channels operated in connection with them, and the various related social media and shop accounts are all transferred together as a bundle.

① Continued Use and Specifications of the BGM

・TikTok / Instagram: For reasons related to the terms of service, you will upload the video itself "without BGM (voice only, etc.)" and then "add on" my music (artist name: Tac) afterward using the in-app audio feature.
*Because all of my music is officially registered via TuneCore, the copyright revenue associated with this is automatically set to come to me. No troublesome revenue-sharing procedures are required on the buyer's side.
② Royalty Agreement for Merchandise Expansion on All Platforms
For all future merchandise expansion (sites other than SUZURI, as well as self-operated expansion, are completely free), you will pay me a royalty of a certain percentage (as a guide, 5%–10% depending on the sales method and profit margin, negotiable) of the total gross sales each month, along with a monthly sales statement.
