None of them are designed to be completed by fully offloading to Claude; they are designed to be operated by combining human decision-making and final adjustment. ■ About the Operating Environment This skill set operates on the premise of a Mac + Parallels Desktop environment. If used in a Windows environment, separate customization of the skills is required. The customization procedure is described in the guide, but we would be grateful if you could handle this yourself. 1. Research & scriptwriting skill (the starting point of video production) From analysis of rival videos and benchmark channels to proposing plans likely to hit, the AI offers suggestions. It carries out, end to end, plan brainstorming → broad research → deep research → plot design → script generation → fact-checking. ※ It is not designed to complete all processes by fully offloading to Claude. It assumes that humans handle the directional judgment of the video and fine-tuning of plot selection and scripts. 2. Video management sheet generation skill (the video production instruction sheet) From the script, the AI generates a video management sheet (xlsx) that serves as the "video instruction sheet" used in later processes. - Scene segmentation of the script - Illustration image design (use of live-action / diagrams / AI-generated images) - Prompt creation for AI-generated images - Section design (chapter structure, BGM placement) - Expression design for Reimu and Marisa (joy, anger, sadness, etc.) The subsequent image-retrieval and YMM4-assembly skills read this sheet and assemble the video as instructed. ※ The AI generates most of the content, but not everything turns out as intended, so manual correction to suit your preferences is assumed. 3. Illustration live-action & diagram image retrieval skill Based on the video management sheet, it searches and selects live-action and diagram images using Serper API + Claude Vision. It handles everything from downloading to writing the source URLs back to Google Sheets. ※ Retrieval accuracy varies depending on the video genre and subject. In practice, the rate at which the intended image is retrieved in one go is about 60–80%, and the rest involves retrieving manually or using the skill again to re-retrieve and replace. 4. Reading dictionary generation skill From the script, the AI generates a reading dictionary (.dic) for YMM4. It extracts proper nouns, hard-to-read kanji, numbers, alphabets, and proverbs on a context basis, preventing misreadings by the yukkuri voice. 5. YMM4 assembly skill For a YMM4 project file (.ymmp), it applies the following processes in order, based on the image management sheet: - Pronunciation correction - Video template generation - Expression insertion - Illustration image insertion ※ There is a certain level of accuracy, but human adjustment is required. Pronunciation correction misses a few spots in a video of around 20 minutes, so checking and correction are needed, and image sizes and the display position of references, etc. are assumed to be adjusted manually. The detailed specifications and operating procedures of each skill will be provided as documents at transfer. ■ About Skill Maintenance and Additional Development If a skill malfunctions in the buyer's environment after transfer, or if you wish to develop new features, we can respond for a separate fee.
