Eiken-Prep Site (60 Articles, 5,000+ Monthly PV) That Keeps Attracting Visitors Without Updates

■Site Overview This is a site specialized in preparing for the Eiken (the EIKEN test) that supports passing Grades 5 through 2 through home study. (A WordPress site.) It was originally created by me, a parent, who researched the Eiken to help my three children prepare for it, thinking through how to pass through home study. By thoroughly analyzing past exams, it is designed so that children and parents aiming to pass the Eiken can efficiently study at home through what is needed to pass, how to approach past questions, and practice problems. ■Selling Points Because it is built from a parent’s perspective, it can be run even by someone who is not good at English or does not hold an Eiken certification. (In fact, I myself do not hold an Eiken certification.) Conversely, someone strong in English or holding an Eiken certification could enrich the site content even further. The site content is systematically organized by grade with a structure that is easy to navigate, and it is built so that articles can be easily added or edited. Since it uses WordPress, updates are easy to make. ■Status from Launch to Present Launched in November 2025. It reached 5,000 monthly PV in just about two months after launch. PV has since shown a tendency to increase in line with the Eiken exam seasons (January, March, and May–June), so steady traffic can be expected each exam season. About 60 articles were published in roughly half a year since launch. It has not been affected by any major SEO updates, and stable SEO traffic continues with white-hat SEO only. ■SEO / Traffic Status ·Operated with white-hat SEO only. No purchased backlinks or gray-hat tactics whatsoever ·Seasonal demand, with PV increasing during the Eiken exam seasons (mainly May–June, October–November, and January–February) ·Even with no updates in the past month, it still records over 5,000 monthly PV as of May ■Content Volume / Quality ·60 articles in total, each over 2,500 characters (of which 13 articles are over 5,000 characters) ·Covers writing, listening, writing composition, and the interview (speaking) for each Eiken grade from 5 to 2 ·On each grade’s practice-problem pages, questions and sample answers are presented in accordion format (designed so you can think first, then check the answer) ·Past questions are quoted from those published on the official site of the Eiken Foundation of Japan. Practice problems are created originally ·Almost no update work is currently being done. ■Operating Structure / Skills Needed No special expertise is required. It can be operated by anyone with basic WordPress skills. (In fact, the operator does not hold an Eiken certification.) However, if there are changes to the Eiken system, content will need to be updated accordingly. In addition, expanding the content to match the operator’s skills and experience can lead to further growth. ·A Grade 1 Eiken holder could add Pre-1 and Grade 1 content ·Someone whose child has passed the Eiken could add articles with real experiences ·Someone strong in English could enrich deeper explanatory content ■Negative Points ·AdSense is not yet approved at this time. An application is under review while content is being improved, but approval cannot be guaranteed. ·Eiken past questions are quoted from those published on the official site of the Eiken Foundation of Japan. Operation in line with copyright guidelines is required. ·Since the site is only about half a year old, long-term SEO track-record data is limited. ■Reason for Sale I am currently focusing on running another site and find it difficult to devote enough time to this one. I decided to sell, hoping to hand it over to someone who can more actively expand the content and monetization. ■Future Growth / How to Leverage It ·It currently covers Eiken Grades 5 to 2, but adding Pre-1 and Grade 1 content can be expected to further expand PV ·Since the Eiken is held three times a year, the structure makes it easy to add content each time new past questions are released ·Since no affiliate programs are currently used, there is large remaining room for monetization by introducing related affiliates such as English learning materials, English conversation schools, and online English learning services ·The English-learning genre includes many high-payout affiliate programs, so there is ample revenue potential depending on how it is operated
