Management Rights to a 3x3.EXE PREMIER Pro Team, Hard to Enter as a Newcomer (Tokyo, Business Transfer)

- Business description A 3x3 pro team that is hard for newcomers to enter. The number of teams was actively increased in the past, but currently entry into the league is limited to filling vacancies from teams that drop out each season. For the 2022 season, new entry is extremely difficult. In terms of team operation, operating costs are minimal. Match pay is provided by the league headquarters per game, and our team does not pay salaries to its members. (Since the members are mostly people from other companies, we do not pay salaries either.) The only costs required for operation are the ¥1 million league registration fee plus ¥2.5 million in annual maintenance costs => if the operator changes through the transfer, the registration fee will not be required. Note that the asking price is negotiable, so please feel free to consult us. Partly because 3x3 drew attention at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, there is now a cap on the number of teams in the league, so you can only join when a team has a vacancy. It is also known that changing the operating company or team name can be done relatively easily; in fact, the most famous team, TOKYO DIME.EXE, is reportedly changing its operating company from next season. We originally had an amateur 3x3 team, but won a lottery and will be registered from the 2022 season. However, since the synergy with our main business is small and we cannot allocate sales resources, we would like to transfer it to an interested party. We will operate it ourselves for the 2022 season, so what is being transferred is the operating rights from the 2023 season onward. The members will be carried over, but member replacement is also possible to the extent that convincing changes are made through member selection sessions, etc. (Our team currently has no head coach.) We currently do not run it as a revenue-generating business, but possible ways to generate revenue include recruiting sponsors and running a school in the local area. [About 3x3.EXE PREMIER] Its season does not overlap with the B.League, the pro basketball league, so players can belong to both 3x3.EXE PREMIER and the B.League. The league headquarters provides special event venues for the matches (special venues set up in high-traffic locations such as Scramble Square).
