[Business Model] * Business Description We perform construction of parking meters under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Police Department, with about 60 years of history in Tokyo. The breakdown of sales is 80% from Metropolitan Police Department bids and 20% from work referrals from the Metropolitan Police Department. The 80% from bids is by designated competitive bidding, but we win some kind of large project every year. This year we have already won a large construction project worth ¥93 million. We have qualified personnel: 1 First-Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer + First-Class Licensed Electrician, and 1 Second-Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer. These 2 people have over 30 years of experience and are scheduled to remain until 2028. We are looking for someone who can inherit the know-how of these 2 people, even starting from zero knowledge. * Product / Service Features We specialize solely in parking meter construction. Because we hold the qualification for ground traffic signals in Tokyo bids, we can also bid on traffic signals and the like. The current representative director is implementing management-related improvements as the new owner. Clerical work is outsourced at about ¥100,000 per month. * Strengths / Selling Points Since this is parking meter construction in the first place, there are few contractors who can handle it. Also, bids are won at a probability of 10-50%. There is a reason it has continued for 60 years, with the most recent representative director's executive compensation at ¥13.2 million.
