（１）希望売却価格は、コロナ以前の4年間の売上高の年間平均額が「1600万円」となり、この金額の2倍が希望ですが柔軟に対応いたします。
（２）事業継承する時点で必要なコンサル資料をお渡しします。

（３）コンサルティングに関する技能は資料を事業継承しただけではその後の受注活動に素人さまには難しいて思われます。よって2年間は私が事業継承して頂いた企業に対してコンサル営業支援を積極的に行わせて頂きます。又この間に事業継承してただいた企業様の社員様に対してコンサル担当育成の教育顧問として活動をさせて頂きます。
（４）その為の顧問コンサルタントとし月額40～50万円の顧問報酬をお願い申し上げます。
